Franklin Asare

Chief Executive Officer

Franklin Asare is a seasoned technology executive and digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives across the UK, US, and Africa. He has led efforts to develop and scale digital infrastructure that supports Africa’s growing digital economy.

Prior to his executive leadership roles, Franklin spent nearly 14 years at Oracle, where he rose to the role of Country Director for Ghana and West Africa. In this capacity, he oversaw national operations, drove business growth, and led major transformation programs and strategic partnerships across the region.

Franklin’s career began in consulting, including a role at Elavon Europe where he managed the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite Financials for large-scale banking operations. His expertise spans solution architecture, enterprise systems, and digital transformation strategy.

He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and has a strong multidisciplinary background in accounting, marketing, and information technology. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Chartered Accountant (Ghana), he also holds certifications in PRINCE2 and TOGAF.

Recognized for his strategic leadership and clarity of vision, Franklin is committed to advancing Africa’s digital future through innovation, infrastructure development, and transformative technology solutions.

Jessica Bema Asare

Cyber Security Lead and GRC

Jessica Bema Asare is a Cyber Security Lead and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) consultant with extensive experience in IT risk management, information security, and technology controls. She currently leads technology risk and control engagements through her firm, JBA Professional Services Ltd, supporting major clients across financial services and the energy sector.

Jessica began her career at PwC, where she spent nearly five years advising FTSE and financial services organizations on IT risk frameworks, cyber security assessments, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise includes SOX compliance, IT control validation, and identity access management.

Academically, she holds an MSc in Software and Systems Security from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Computer Science and Management from Loughborough University. She also holds several professional certifications, including PRINCE2, Agile, COBIT 5, and ITIL.

Beyond consulting, Jessica is an entrepreneur and former CEO of Bema Republic, a UK-based brand blending British and Ghanaian cultural influences. She has received multiple recognitions, including being named among the Future of Ghana Top 30 Under 30 and a Ford Blue Oval Scholar.

Driven by a passion for building secure, compliant IT environments, Jessica combines technical expertise with strategic insight to help organizations strengthen their cyber resilience.

Christabel Allero Tamakloe

Technical Lead

Christabel is a detail-oriented professional with a strong administrative and operational foundation, combined with growing technical expertise in data analytics and project coordination. Based in Accra, Ghana, she brings practical experience across marketing, sales support, and client-facing operations. skills that naturally extend into the business development work her role increasingly demands.

Her administrative background has equipped her with a disciplined approach to organisation, documentation, workflow coordination, and stakeholder communication, all of which translate directly into effective project execution and team support.

Currently serving as the Technical Lead at SPG, Christabel plays a key role in driving project delivery and supporting the organisation's operational and strategic objectives.

As a data analyst, Christabel works with data to surface insights that inform decisions and improve operational performance. She is comfortable moving between analytical and operational responsibilities, making her a reliable and adaptable contributor across project phases.

Christabel holds a degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology, and has pursued further training in areas including web design, virtual assistance, AI integration in professional settings, and international trade, reflecting a continuous drive to broaden her capabilities in a fast-evolving work environment.

She brings structure, initiative, and a people-conscious perspective to every team she is part of.

Isabella Mensah

Administaration

Isabella Mensah is an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional with a strong foundation in office management, operations coordination, and client relations. Based in Accra, Ghana, she brings practical experience supporting day-to-day business functions, streamlining workflows, and ensuring efficient administrative processes.

Her professional background has equipped her with a structured approach to documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. She is skilled in coordinating administrative activities, managing office operations, and supporting teams to achieve organizational goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

With prior experience across administrative support, customer service, and operations, she has developed strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments. She is confident in handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Finance from the University of Cape Coast and is proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets,and QuickBooks. She is committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and supporting organizational success.

Currently serving as an Administrative Personnel at Sterling Projects Group, she plays a key role in overseeing administrative functions, coordinating internal processes, and managing client interactions. Her ability to maintain organized systems and support smooth operations makes her a dependable contributor to overall business performance.
